As you grew up with all kinds of digital media, you can probably describe yourself as a digital native. Let’s check the proper definition of it though:

Even though you grew up with your phone and you are able to use it and its possibilities very well, that might not be the case for using a computer. While you are in class though, you work with the computer regularly and you probably learnt some new skills on that which can be very useful for a later job, too. Often the employer asked for skills in Word and other programmes.
